Over the years, I’ve had several interests and acquired many skills but nothing that anchored me to itself or took deep root in my being. Photography changed that. Ever since I held my first camera, photography became an extension of me. Fleeting smiles, an evening walk, a raised placard, a child’s excitement, soap bubbles in the air, majestic mountains, post-monsoon blooms, a sad gaze, weathered buildings, beautiful architecture, a father’s embrace—all frozen in time, documented and retold for all who dare to pause, look, and ponder for a moment in this fast-paced digital generation. This documentation of ordinary and extraordinary events witnessed in my travels and capturing of candid moments with my camera wherever I am is my greatest passion.
